StackDNA provides educational genomic analysis reports based on raw DNA data you provide. Our reports include supplement recommendations, diet guidance, and a shopping list personalized to your genetic variants.

2. Not Medical Advice

StackDNA is not a medical service. Our reports are for educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your supplement, medication, or health regimen.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use StackDNA.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of health information you provide.
• You agree to share report findings with your healthcare provider before acting on them.
• You must only upload your own genetic data or data you have legal authority to use.

4. Payments & Refunds

Reports are a one-time purchase. We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied for any reason. Contact support@stackdna.com to request a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

The StackDNA service, including its AI models, report templates, and website content, is owned by StackDNA. Your personalized reports are yours to use, download, print, and share with your healthcare providers.

6. Limitation of Liability

StackDNA is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from the use of our reports. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report in question.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of StackDNA after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
